Since 2018, Thomas has led fundraising and all aspects of financial management for Brigham Exploration. Prior to Brigham, Thomas worked for RBC’s energy investment banking group where he focused on capital raises, corporate M&A, and asset acquisitions and divestitures. He advised on $2+ billion of A&D transactions and $4+ billion in energy equity and debt capital raises. Prior to RBC, Thomas worked for Deloitte in both their advisory valuation group and audit practice.

Thomas received his MS in Accounting and BS in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is a CFA charterholder.
