Prior to BEXP, Cooper served as a Senior Consultant at MorganFranklin Consulting. During his time at MorganFranklin, Cooper was involved in client’s needs regarding IPO readiness, audit readiness, and Cash to GAAP Accounting. Prior to MorganFranklin, Cooper was an auditor at Moss Adams LLP focusing on the Natural Resources industry.

Cooper received a BS in Kinesiology – Medical Rehabilitation from the University of Texas and MS in Accounting at Texas State.
